  • I hear you! This course is completely self-paced with lifetime access, so you can make it work with your schedule. This also means that you creating some systems and prioritizing the work will be important! I encourage you to schedule the lessons as appointments with yourself, for yourself in ways that work for you- I suggest you do this when you start! This works when you make it work because it’s important to you!

  • I get it! I’ve created this course to teach you in a step-by-step, manageable way. I also have included the mindset and behavior factors that help you not quit, give up, or feel like a failure. This works when you continue to show up and I promise you’ll gain skills that serve you and confidence here AND have the guided support built in to keep going.

  • That depends on your goals and your approach. You’ll learn how to set macros depending on your current goals and how to adjust in the future. You’ll also learn how stay aligned with your goals while enjoying life. If fat loss is your goal then it absolutely can happen when your efforts align. I do urge you not to base your progress solely on the scale or in your body composition alone. I also urge you to take photos to help you see changes that are happening with your body.

  • The course is delivered completely online. You’ll gain access to the course once purchased and have lifetime access. There are 8 lesson modules with videos for nutrition, application, and exercises to help your mindset, behaviors, and deep growth. Each module also includes downloadable slides and additional resources. The lessons are all self paced and accessible at any time.

  • If you decide this, great! Sometimes active coaching can feel scary because now there is a whole new level of accountability. A level of accountability that you may really need and struggle to hold yourself to. Active coaching will also make you face challenge head on and push you to make changes that support you. If you decide within one (1) month of purchase that you want to do active coaching, the cost of the course will be credited towards coaching AND you will still have access to the course. You must email meryl@wickedironstrength.com within 1 month of purchase to have this be effective.

  • After you complete WSF you’ll have many options! You’ll have the option to continue with 1:1 coaching or group nutrition coaching for on-going accountability, guidance, and support OR you can continue on your journey putting the skills and tools you’ve learned to work on your own! I’m always are here to support you in the ways you need to be supported and truly want you to continue to grow in whatever route is best for you!
