Fitness and nutrition started out as a way to change my body, but they evolved into so much more. I spent a lot of my life with low confidence- I was uncomfortable in my body, constantly trying to shrink myself, and I felt stuck and unhappy. The fitness world can be confusing and full of BS- it can drag you down into a negative and disordered place under the illusion of self-improvement. Contrary to diet culture teachings, creating a version of yourself that you’re proud of will never come from hate, restriction, or guilt. I have personally been along the whole spectrum- it wasn’t until I started to do the deep work that the magic started to happen. This has all led me to the coach that I am today.

I am passionate about integrating fitness and nutrition with LIFE. I strive to support people in creating life and a version of themself that they love- a life filled with doing really cool shit! Bettering yourself doesn’t have to look or be done in one certain way- I work WITH you to discover and put into practice the best ways for YOU. And, yes, we definitely do that magic creating deep work. My goal as a coach is to guide, support, and help empower you, so you have the tools needed for ONGOING growth as your best Self.
