Integrated Nutrition Group Coaching

This isn’t a generic hands-off program, it’s created to support you and grow with you. Through years of personal development and coaching (as both a coach and a client), I’ve learned that the coolest shit happens and continues to happen as you do the hard things, and the hard things are easier done when you have support, guidance, and connection. That’s why I built this ongoing monthly group coaching option. So whether you’ve done 1:1 coaching and feel confident and empowered to take a big step forward in your journey, you’re exploring 1:1 coaching and want some insight into what it may look like before you commit, or you’re a skilled and experienced person that’s looking for that extra something to give you a boost, this coaching option is for you. Group coaching allows you to put your tools and skills to work in your life while still being able to rely on accountability, guidance, and ongoing support from a coach to ensure your progress is continuously moving in the best direction for you.

You will be sent an email with directions to an in-depth intake form and further set-up instructions once payment is received.

What’s included:

  • Personalized nutrition plan: daily macro or portion goals updated monthly depending on your goals*, personal Google sheet to track nutrition, biofeedback, daily habits, and reflective questions for behavior change. *If you’re eating more intuitively, then we will make the sheet work for you without specific food tracking.

  • Weekly 1-hour Group Coaching Calls via Zoom: interact with Meryl and fellow members weekly. Get guidance, feedback, answers, and clarity to confidently approach the week ahead.

  • WhatsApp Group Chat for community support, accountability, connection, and guidance.

  • Full access to WIS Resource Drive (including recorded lessons & webinars, call recordings, e-books, files, recipes, and more.)

This is for you if:

  • You want continued accountability, guidance, and support but don’t need 1:1 coaching or weekly check-ins.

  • You have experience but aren’t interested in creating your own plans or programs and want more specific guidance.

  • You want to build your support system and be part of a community with like-minded badass people.

  • You have a fairly solid understanding of the basics.

  • You would benefit from personalized coaching guidance and support and want aspects of individualized coaching, but 1:1 isn’t currently in the budget.

  • You’re interested in continued personal growth, creation, expansion, and ongoing physical and mental strength gains.

Investment: $125/month or $625 for 6 months with an upfront payment and $125/month after that.

No monthly minimum required. No refunds on 6-month package or early cancellations.
